My Model Bio

Philosophy

I am a passionate rope model with focus on the emotional and SM sides of ropes. Especially, I am a spirited receiver of kinbaku and semenawa for their obscure beauty combined with a subtle eroticism and D/s. One of the things that I find fascinating in being a rope model is the interplay between the mind and the body. How my physical experiences affect my mind, how my mindset affects what I experience in my body and how by conscious practice I can master and deepen both.

As a rope model, I see myself as a raw material which the rigger is using for creating the ‘beauty’ of kinbaku (often opposite to the conventional ideas on what the beauty is). In that sense we are both instrumental in reaching the high quality of their creation, and we can influence it through practice. Me - by becoming a material that is beautiful, expressive, inspiring and malleable to the will of the rigger. Them - by mastering their craft and learning to bring the best out of the material they are working with.

Rope modelling to me is a never-ending journey of going deeper within myself and the current moment. I have no goal in a rope session other than being to the best of my abilities. And that in itself is an art that takes a lifetime to master.

Experience

My rope career has been relatively short but intense. I began getting tied in the summer of 2017 and shortly after I’ve met Asiana who was one of the most renown riggers, teachers and event organizers in the Netherlands and who became my regular rope partner. Together we’ve taught and performed in the Netherlands and abroad, at international rope festivals: Eurix, Prague shibari festival and Ropelinked among others. Another rigger with whom I work often is Soptik from Czech Republic. We’ve taught together, mainly workshops on kinbaku and emotions in rope, in Prague and other cities in Europe. In the autumn of 2019 I gave my first kinbaku performance together with him in the School of Rope in Milan. Finally, in February 2020 as a model alone I was a presenter at ‘The Other Side of Ropes‘, an event focused on modelling education organised by subspace studio in Prague.

When it comes to my modelling education on the student side I consider myself mostly self-taught. My practice consists mainly of self-observation and analyzing my reactions and experiences in ropes, both physical and mental. Apart from rope I do different body-mind practices and I have a dancing background which both have an impact on the way I see and experience ropes.

There are undoubtedly, nevertheless, rope models who have influenced me in my modelling explorations. The one who, so far, left the biggest mark on me is Ashiya Miho, even though I have not met her personally. However, written records of her words as well as videos and pictures have been instrumental in deepening my understanding of the way I live kinbaku. Second model who has been very important in my modelling development is Suzuki Iroha who’s absolute surrender and vulnerability in ropes have inspired me to explore those mindsets as well. Other models who taught or influenced me throughout my education are: RedSabbath, Clover, NawaTaNeko, Nomura Akane and Addie. Finally, riggers have also impacted the way I live ropes. The most important of them are certainly my rope partners. Other rope teachers who shaped my understanding of rope and kinbaku are Akira Naka-sensei, Riccardo Wildties, Barkas and Nicolas Yoroi.
